We want you to feel confident subscribing to Cartlyt. This policy explains our trial, cancellation, and refund terms in plain language. It applies to all paid plans (Pro and Family), billed monthly or annually through Stripe.
Try before you pay — 7-day trial
Every new account includes a 7-day Pro trial with no credit card required. You can explore the full product risk-free before deciding to subscribe, which is the best way to know Cartlyt is right for you.
Cancel anytime
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing portal (Profile → Manage billing). When you cancel, you keep your paid features until the end of the current billing period, and you won't be charged again. Cancelling stops future renewals — it isn't a refund of the current period.
Monthly plans
Monthly subscriptions are billed at the start of each period. Because the trial lets you evaluate Cartlyt fully before paying, monthly payments are generally non-refundable. If you were charged due to a genuine error (e.g., a failed cancellation or duplicate charge), contact us and we'll make it right.
Annual plans — 7-day money-back guarantee
For annual subscriptions, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee: if you're not satisfied, email us within 7 days of your annual charge and we'll refund it in full. Combined with the 7-day free trial, that gives annual subscribers up to 14 days to be sure Cartlyt is right for them. After 7 days, annual plans are non-refundable, but you can cancel to stop the next renewal and keep access until the period ends.
Exceptional circumstances
We review refund requests outside these terms on a case-by-case basis — for example, a prolonged service outage or a billing mistake on our side. We aim to be fair and reasonable.
How to request a refund
Email support@cartlyt.com from the address on your account, with the plan and approximate date of the charge. We typically respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe and may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
